Return Process

  Contact our technical support team via email or phone with your order number and the serial number of the unit you wish to return.

  Technical Assessment

  Our engineers will conduct a brief remote consultation to ensure the return is handled safely according to lithium-ion battery transport regulations.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unit in its original heavy-duty crate with all internal foam buffers and cables to prevent damage during high-capacity freight transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the battery's health and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
